Before you write

Please do not include the text of your situation, your answers, or other sensitive personal information. A short description of the issue, your device model, iOS version, and the app version are usually enough to help.

Subscriptions

To manage or cancel an App Store subscription, open your Apple Account subscription settings. In Between, you can also use Restore Purchases on the Unlimited screen if a previous purchase is not showing.

Apple handles payments, refunds, and billing. For help with a charge or refund, contact Apple Support.
